The Urban Planning (Bukulu Planning Area) Order,2021

1. This Order may be cited as the Urban Planning (Bukulu Planning Area) Order, 2021. Declaration of planning area Cap. 355 Scheme of scheduled area

2. The area described in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a planning area for the purposes of the Urban Planning Act.

3. General and Detailed Schemes for the scheduled area shall be prepared and deposited with the Director of Urban Planning and Kondoa District Executive Director. 1 GN. NO. 608 (Contd.) Urban Planning (Bukulu Planning Area) _______ SCHEDULE ________ The planning area is contained within following boundaries: “Commencing at point MK675 (9503868/806062) the boundary thence continue to North - west direction to point VD126 (9505790/797670) for a distance of 7.57589 kilometers thence passes through several points towards point MK 729 (9485780/ 807809) South-west for a distance of 30 kilometers thence, continue to North- east direction for a distance of 9.176 kilometers to point (9359813.84,236910.59) thence continue to South-east for a distance of 7.599 kilometers to point VD96 (9475096/810936) thence continue to South - east direction for a distance 2.475 kilometers to point MK612 (9478136/812992) thence continue to Northern direction alongside the major Great North Road from DODOMA to ARUSHA for a distance of 27 kilometers to the commencement point MK675 (9503868/806062)".
