The Urban Planning (Mwembeni Planning Area) Order, 2021

1. This Order may be cited as the Urban Planning (Mwembeni Planning Area) Order, 2021. Declaration of planning area Cap. 355 Scheme of scheduled area

2. The area described in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a planning area for the purposes of the Urban Planning Act.

3. General and Detailed Schemes for the scheduled area shall be prepared and deposited with the Director of Urban Planning and Pangani District Executive Director. 1 Urban Planning (Mwembeni Planning Area) Gn.No.618(Contd.) _________ SCHEDULE _________ The planning area is contained within the following boundaries: “Commencing at a point named VTB 782 South of Pangani Township with coordinates 496190, 9402570 leaving the beacon named TV 393 with coordinates Southwest at 1.2 kilometers the boundary thence goes Southeast to a summit at Boza hills to cross the main road Pangani - Muheza Southwest Boza village. Moving in the same direction to beacon named TV 383 with coordinates 499854, 9406794 thence East-west at the bearing of 106’15’28’’ at 2.9 kilometers thence North- west at the bearing of 2’22’20’’ at 1.3 kilometers to a beacon named VT 753 with coordinates 496541, 9406346 thence Northwest at bearing of 21’50’28.71’’ at 0.982 kilometers to a beacon named TV 393 with coordinates 494685, 9403403 thence West- south at 1.1 kilometers to a beacon named VTB 782 with coordinates 496190, 9402570 to the commencement point.
