§ 1This Order may be cited as the Road and FuelCommencement

This Order can be cited by its stated title, and it is treated as having come into operation on 1 November 2020.

1. This Order may be cited as the Road and Fuel Tolls (Exemption) (Selous Ecosystem Conservation and Development Program) (Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism) (M/s Gesellschaft Fur Organisation, Planning Und Ausbildung MBH (Goba) Order, 2020 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 1st day of November, 2020.

§ 2Subject to the conditions specified in paragraph 3Provision

The specified company is exempt from paying the road and fuel tolls on the listed fuel, subject to paragraph 3 and any other conditions set by the Commissioner General.

2. Subject to the conditions specified in paragraph 3 and any other conditions as may be specified by the Commissioner General of Tanzania Revenue Authority, the whole of the road and fuel tolls payable on fuel specified in the Schedule to this Order imported or purchased locally prior to clearance through customs by or on behalf of M/s Gesellschaft Fur Organisation, Planning Und Ausbildung MBH (Goba) for construction of Selous Ecosystem Conservation and Development project is hereby exempt.

§ 3The exemption granted under this Order shallProvision

The exemption ends if the fuel is used for other purposes or is transferred, sold, or otherwise disposed of to someone without similar privileges, and the road and fuel tolls become payable.

3.
