1. This Order may be cited as (Urban Authorities) Government Municipal Status on Kahama Town) Order, 2021. (Conferment the Local of Commencement

The urban area under the jurisdiction of the Kahama Town Council as described in the First Schedule to this Order is, with effect from the effective date, 1 Local Government (Urban Authorities) (Conferment of Municipal Status on Kahama Town) GN. NO.630 (Contd.) declared to be a Municipal under the jurisdiction of a Municipal Council. Name of the City Council and Official Seal the effective date,

4. With effect from the Municipal Council declared under this Order shall be known as the Kahama Municipal Council and shall have an Official Seal as described in the Second Schedule to this Order. Constitution of the Council
