1. This Order may be cited as the Road and Fuel Tolls and (Construction, Commissioning Water Supply Schemes at Kiomboi, Singida, Manyoni, Chamwino, Chemba and Mugumu (M/S Megha Engineering & Towns, Package-IV) Infrastuctures Limited) Order, 2023 and shall be deemed to have come in operation on the 28th day of December, 2022. § 2Subject to the conditions specified in paragraphProvision

The specified fuel tolls are exempted for M/s Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Limited, subject to paragraph 3 and any other conditions set by the Commissioner General of Tanzania Revenue Authority.

2. Subject to the conditions specified in paragraph 3, and any other conditions as may be specified by the Commissioner General of Tanzania Revenue Authority, the whole of the road and fuel tolls payable on fuel specified in the Schedule to this Order, imported or purchased locally prior to clearance through customs by or on behalf of M/s Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Limited to be used solely in the implementation of Construction, Testing and Commissioning Water Supply Schemes is hereby exempted.

§ 3The exemption granted under this Order shallProvision

The exemption stops applying if the fuel is used for other purposes or is transferred, sold, or otherwise disposed of to someone not entitled to similar privileges.

3.
