Cap.343 AND WHEREAS, Following the death of HON. ELIAS JOHN KWANDIKWA who was a Member of Parliament of Ushetu Constituency sponsored by Chama cha Mapinduzi, political party (hereinafter referred to by its acronym CCM) on the 02nd August, 2021.
