1. This Order may be cited as the Road and Fuel and (Construction, Tolls Commissioning Water Supply Schemes at Ifakara, Chunya, Rujewa, Wanging’ombe, Makambako and Njombe Towns, Package-III) (M/S Larsen & Turbo Limited) Order, 2023 and shall be deemed to have come in operation on the 28th day of December, 2022. M/s Larsen & Turbo Limited is exempt from paying the specified road and fuel tolls, subject to paragraph 3 and any other conditions set by the Commissioner of Tanzania Revenue Authority.

2. Subject to the conditions specified in paragraph 3, and any other conditions as may be specified by the Commissioner of Tanzania Revenue Authority, the whole of the road and fuel tolls payable on fuel specified in the Schedule to this Order, imported or purchased locally prior to clearance through customs by or on behalf of M/s Larsen & Turbo Limited to be used solely in the the Construction, Testing and implementation of Commissioning Water Supply Schemes at Ifakara, Chunya, Rujewa, Wanging’ombe, Makambako and Njombe Towns, Package-III) is hereby exempted.
