NO. 335 (Contd) testing commissioning) (a) comply with the approved design, technical specifications, processes (installation, construction, and and welding, demarcated right of way or other applicable laws; (b) ensure each natural gas pipeline or other related facilities in accordance with comprehensive written specifications or standards issued by Tanzania Bureau of Standards or other applicable laws; is constructed (c) ensure that construction inspection requirements for pipelines or other related facilities is adequate in order to assure compliance with the material, testing construction, welding, assembly and the requirements of Tanzania Bureau of Standards; the standards issued by (d) ensure that natural gas pipeline or other related facilities are constructed within the approved route that was selected with a view to minimizing the possibility of hazards from future industrial or urban development, encroachment of the right of way or line routing and damage to environment or historical sites; is involved, it should be done (e) ensure that there are minimal inconveniences to the residents around the facility and the safety of the public is given prime consideration.
