The Civil Aviation (Radio Navigation Aids) (Amendment) Regulations, 2023

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Radio Navigation Aids) (Amendment) Regulations, 2023 and shall be read as one with the Civil Aviation (Radio Navigation Aids) Regulations, 2017 hereinafter referred to as the “principal Regulations”. Amendment of regulation 7

2. The principal Regulations are amended by adding immediately after subregulation (2), the following new subregulations: “(3) The ANSP shall prescribe in the to the method used operations manual calculate values and characteristics.
