The Water Supply and Sanitation (Simiyu Water Supply and Sanitation Authority) (Establishment) Notice, 2023

1. This Notice may be cited as the Water Supply and Sanitation (Simiyu Water Supply and Sanitation Authority) (Establishment) Notice, 2023 and shall come into operation on the date of publication in the Gazette. Establishment of Water Authority.

2.-(1) The areas specified in the Schedule to this Notice is hereby declared to be Water Supply and Sanitation Authority. (2) The Authority shall have responsibility to manage and operate the waterworks vested to it and supply bulk water to - (a) other water supply and sanitation authority; (b) community organisations; and (c) villages within its area of jurisdiction. 1 Water Supply and Sanitation (Simiyu Water Supply and Sanitation Authority) (Establishment) GN.
