1. This Notice may be cited as the Higher Education Students’ Loans Board (Determination of Diploma Fields) Notice, 2023. Diploma fields based on National priority

2. Subject to section 17 of the Act, a student admitted in the following Diploma fields shall, subject to criteria to be determined by the Board, be eligible for consideration for a loan under the Act- (a) health and allied science programmes; (b) education programmes; (c) transport and logistics programmes; (d) energy engineering programmes; (e) mining and earth science programmes; and (f) agriculture and livestock programmes.
