1. This Notice may be cited as the Energy and Water Utilities Regulatory Authority (the Inquiry on Multi-Year Tariff Application by Igunga Water Supply and Sanitation Authority) (Igunga WSSA) Notice, 2023.

2. 3. 4. Igunga WSSA’s proposal for multi-year tariffs is presented in the First, Second and Third Schedules to this Notice.

5. A person who wishes to participate in the inquiry may do so by submitting his written views pertinent to the inquiry to the Director General at the address specified in paragraph 8 within seven days after the publication of this Notice.

6. A person who intends to object the approval of a tariff application shall lodge his objection in writing within five working days from the date of publication of this notice.

7. -(1) Copies of the applications shall be available at the Authority’s offices during working hours from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm for public knowledge and use. (2) Further details may be obtained upon written request to the Director General at the address shown in paragraph 8.
