1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Withholding Tax Exemption on Interest on Loans from Foreign Financial Institutions) (Construction and Operation of Bulk Gas Storage Facility and Establishment of Distribution Stations Project) (M/S Taifa Gas Tanzania Limited (Mihan Gas Company Limited)) Order, 2023.

2.
