NO. 634 (Contd.) generated from the approved tariffs and fees; schools (d) Bariadi WSSA shall ensure that all public institutions including health centres (Sanungu and Nyangaka), primary (Yoma, Sanungu, Izunga, Ngashanda, Nyangaka and Sima A) and Chenge Secondary School are connected with tap water by 30th June 2024; supply water shall to communities around its borehole water sources (Isanzu, Izunya, Mahaha No.1, Mahaha No. 2, Mahaha No.3, Mahaha No.4, , Mahina, Malinoni, Malinoni No.2 na Malinoni No. 3) by 30th June 2025; (e) Bariadi WSSA (f) Bariadi WSSA shall prepare and implement a customer outreach program and submit to the Energy and Water Utilities Regulatory Authority evidence of its implementation annually; (g) Bariadi WSSA shall attain key performance indicators as shown in the Third Schedule; (h) Bariadi WSSA shall, on annual basis as part of its annual performance report, submit to the Energy and Water Utilities Regulatory Authority reports on the implementation of each of the Tariff Order conditions and each cost item of the revenue requirement as presented in the Fourth Schedule; (i) Bariadi WSSA shall continue to provide the Energy and Water Utilities Regulatory Authority with information about its financial and operating conditions in accordance with the requirements of the Energy and Water Utilities Regulatory Authority. This information will be used by the Energy and Water Utilities Regulatory Authority to evaluate Bariadi WSSA's performance in comparison with other water supply and sanitation authorities and improvement of its performance over time; and (j) In ensuring a continuous supply of water the dry season, services, especially during 2 Bariadi Water Supply and Sanitation Authority (“Bariadi Wssa”) Tariff Adjustment GN.
