This Notice may be cited as the National Prosecutions Service (Appointment of Public Prosecutors) Notice, 2023. The named persons in the Schedule are appointed as public prosecutors to prosecute criminal cases on behalf of the Director of Public Prosecutions. A prosecutor appointed under paragraph 2 must serve for five years from publication of this Notice, unless a shorter term applies because the person’s public service employment ends or the appointment is revoked or suspended by the Director of Public Prosecutions.
