(CAP. 343) ______ NOTICE ________ (Made under section 37(3)) ___________ THE NATIONAL ELECTIONS (DECLARATION OF VACANCY OF THE SEAT OF MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT FOR NGORONGORO CONSTITUENCY NOTICE, 2021 Cap 343 Cap. 343 WHEREAS, Section 37(3) of the National Elections Act empowers the Speaker of the National Assembly of Tanzania to declare a vacancy in the seat of Parliament where a Member of Parliament resigns, dies or otherwise relinquishes his office for reason other than that specified under Section 113 of the Act. AND WHEREAS, following the death of HON. WILLIAM TATE OLE NASHA who was a Member of Parliament of Ngorongoro Constituency sponsored by Chama cha Mapinduzi, political party (hereinafter referred to by its acronym CCM) on the 27th September, 2021.
