The Ministers (Assignment of Ministerial Functions) Notice, 2016

1. This Notice may be cited as the Ministers (Assignment of Ministerial Functions) Notice, 2016 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 5th day of November, 2015.

2. The functions and responsibilities for the departments, business and other matters specified in the First Schedule to this Notice are retained by the President.

3. The Minister designated in the first column of the Second Schedule to this Notice shall have functions and responsibilities for the departments, businesses and other matters specified in the second column of the Second Schedule opposite to entry designating such Minister. Revocation
