1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Exemption) (Withholding Tax) (Construction, Testing and Commissioning of Water Supply Schemes at HTM National Water Project Area and Korogwe, Muheza and Pangani Towns) Infra Limited) (Package-I) (Amendment) Order, 2024 and shall be read as one with (Exemption) (Withholding Tax) (Construction, Testing and Commissioning of Water Supply Schemes at HTM National Water Project Area and Korogwe, Muheza and Pangani Towns) (Package-I) (M/S JWIL Infra Limited) Order, hereinafter referred to as the “principal Order”.
