1. This Notice may be cited as the Water Supply and Sanitation (Tanga Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Authority) (Extension of Service Area) Notice, 2024. Extension of service area

2. The Service area of Tanga Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Authority is hereby extended to include the area specified in the Schedule to this Notice. Cessation of community organisations or entity

3. -(1) A community organisation or entity registered prior to coming into operation of this Notice providing water supply and sanitation services in the areas specified in the Schedule to this Notice, shall cease to provide such services.
