This provision corrects a printing error in the Mining (Mirerani Controlled Areas) Regulations by changing the enabling section from section 112 to section 129.

1. The printing errors appearing in the Mining (Mirerani Controlled Areas) Regulations are hereby rectified by deleting the enabling section which read as “section 112" and substituting for it “section 129". The Laws Revision (Replacement of Texts of Laws in the Revised Edition,2002) Notice GN. No. 550 of 2019

The Printing Errors appearing under the Petroleum (Cost Recovery Accounting) Regulations are hereby rectified as follows: (a) in the arrangement of Regulations is hereby rectified by deleting the heading "PART IV GENERAL PROVISIONS" appearing after regulations 31; inserting IV the heading GENERAL PROVISIONS" immediately after regulation 41; "PART (b) by (c) by deleting the phrase "advisory committee" appearing under regulations 32, 33, 36, 37 and 39 and substituting for them the .phrase "work plan and budget approval"; (d) redesignating the contents of regulation 35 as sub regulation (1).
