The Income Tax (Exemption) (Completion of Works for Rehabilitation of the Chalinze Water Treatment Plant and Construction of Reservoirs) (M/S Afcons Infrastructure Limited) Order, 2024

1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Exemption) for Rehabilitation of the Chalinze Water Treatment Plant, Supply and Installation of Secondary and Tertiary Distribution Network and Construction of Reservoirs in Chalinze Villages) (M/S Afcons Infrastructure Limited) Order, 2024 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 26th day of February, 2024.

2. The Income tax liability derived by M/S Afcons Infrastructure Limited in the execution of a contract between Dar es Salaam Water Supply and Sanitation Authority and M/S Afcons Infrastructure Limited for Completion of Balance Works for Rehabilitation of the Chalinze Water Treatment Plant, Supply and Installation of Secondary and Tertiary Distribution Network and Construction of 1 Income Tax (Exemption) (Completion of Balance Works For Rehabilitation of the Chalinze Water Treatment Plant, Supply and Installation of Secondary and Tertiary Distribution Network and Construction of Reservoirs In Chalinze Village) (M/S Afcons Infrastructure Limited GN. No. 300 (Contd) Reservoirs in Chalinze Villages amounting to Tanzania Shillings 642,705,377.50 respect of M/S Afcons in Infrastructure Limited, is hereby exempted. Expiry
