Statute overview
About this statute
These Regulations may be cited as the Gaming (Amendment) Regulations, 2024 and begin on 1 July 2024. This provision amends the principal Regulations by adding a new regulation after regulation 22C about licensing dealers of gaming activities. The Board must issue a gaming dealer certificate in the prescribed form, and applicants must apply in the prescribed form and pay the prescribed fees. The principal Regulations are amended so that regulation 68(2) includes “national lottery terminals” after “slot machines”. This section amends the First Schedule of the principal Regulations by adding a new entry in Part A after item 44.
