These Regulations may be cited as the Personal Data Protection (Personal Data Collection and Processing) (Amendment) Regulations, 2024 and shall be read as one with (Personal Data Collection and Processing) Regulations, 2023, hereinafter referred to as the “principal Regulations”. the Personal Data Protection Amendment of regulation 4
