About this statute
This section gives the Regulations’ short title and says they are to be read together with the 2023 principal Regulations. This section amends regulation 4(3) by replacing paragraph (c) with a new requirement allowing the Commission to require any other related information when an application is received. This provision amends regulation 9(2) by inserting the words “depending on the prevailing circumstances” after “direct” in paragraph (e). This amendment replaces regulation 20(2)(i) so the Commission may require any other related information when it receives an application. This provision amends regulation 27 and replaces paragraph (i) with a rule requiring sensitive personal data to be kept separate from the rest of the personal data.
