The Civil Aviation (Instruments and Equipment) (Amendment) Regulations, 2024

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Civil (Amendment) Aviation Regulations, 2024 and shall be read as one with the Civil Aviation (Instruments and Equipment) Regulations, 2024 hereinafter referred to as the “principal Regulations”. Amendment of regulation 190

2. The principal Regulations are amended in regulation 190 by- (a) designating the contents of regulation 190 as subregulation (1); and (b) adding immediately after subregulation (1) as designated the following: “(2) Where a holder of a suspended or registration, licence, revoked certificate, approval, other such or document has rectified the contravention, the Authority may- authorisation (a) in the case of suspension, reinstate the certificate, licence, registration, approval, authorisation or such other document; and 1 The Civil Aviation (Instruments and Equipment) (Amendment) Regulations GN.
