The Civil Aviation (Heliports) (Amendment) Regulations, 2024

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Heliports) (Amendment) Regulations, 2024 and shall be read as one with the Civil Aviation (Heliports) Regulations, 2024 hereinafter referred to as the “principal Regulations”.

2. The principal Regulations are amended by adding immediately after regulation 95 the following new regulation:

95A.-(1) The Authority may, where it considers it to be in public interest or on any reasonable ground provided under these Regulations, suspend provisionally, pending further investigation, any licence, certificate, approval, authorisation or any such other document issued under these Regulations. “Suspensio n and revocation of licence, certificate, approval or authorisati on (2) The Authority may, upon the completion of an investigation which has shown sufficient ground to the Authority’s satisfaction and where it considers it to be in public interest, revoke, suspend or vary any licence, certificate, approval, authorisation or any other document issued or granted under these Regulations.
