1. These Regulations may be cited as the Railways (Open Access) (Amendment) Regulations, 2025 and shall be read as one with the Railways (Open Access) Regulations, 2024 hereinafter referred to as “the principal Regulations”. Amendment of regulation 6

3. The principal Regulations are amended in regulation 8 by adding immediately after sub regulation (2) the following: 1 GN. NO.20 (Contd.) Railways (Open Access) (Amendment) “(3) A licence holder who intends to renew a licence shall apply to the Regulator within ninety days prior to the expiration date.”. Amendment of regulation 11 GN.
