The Plant Health (Amendment) Regulations, 2024

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Plant Health (Amendment) Regulations, 2024 and shall be read as one with the Plant Health Regulation, 2023 hereinafter referred to as the “principal Regulations".

2. The principal Regulations are amended in regulation 115, by- (a) deleting sub regulation (2); and (b) renumbering subregulation (3) as sub regulation (2). Amendment of Second Schedule
