The Mining (Importation of Minerals for Mineral and Gem Houses)(Amendment) Regulations, 2020

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Mining (Importation and Gem Houses)(Amendment) Regulations, 2020 and shall be read together with the Mining (Importation of Minerals for Mineral and Gem Houses) Regulations, hereinafter referred to as the "principal Regulations". for Mineral Amendment of regulation 6

2. The principal Regulations are amended in regulation 6 by adding immediately after sub regulation (2) the following: "(3) The Minerals Import Permit referred to under these Regulations shall be in the format set out in the Third Schedule." Addition of Third Schedule

3.
