2. The persons whose names are specified in the Schedule to this Notice are appointed to be public prosecutors for purposes of prosecuting Criminal cases on behalf of Director of Public Prosecutions. Validity of appointment

3.-(1) Appointment of Public Prosecutors in this Notice shall be valid for five years from the date of coming into operation of the Notice.
