The Petroleum (TAQA Dalbit (T) Limited-Construction of Natural Gas Refuelling Station along Sam Nujoma Road) (Construction Approval) Notice, 2023

1. This Notice may be cited as the Petroleum (TAQA Dalbit (T) Limited-Construction of Natural Gas Refuelling Station along Sam Nujoma Road) (Construction Approval) Notice, 2023.

2. In this Notice, unless the context otherwise requires- “Applicant” means TAQA Dalbit (T) Limited of P. O. Box 76908 Dar es Salaam; “Authority” means the Energy and Water Utilities Regulatory Authority established under the Energy and Water Utilities Regulatory Authority Act; and “Construction Approval” means an approval issued by the Authority according to Section 128(1) of the Petroleum Act.

3.The applicant is hereby granted Construction Approval to construct a natural gas refuelling station at Plot No. 2005/5/1/3, Block C, Ubungo located along Sam Nujoma Road, Dar es Salaam subject to the following conditions: (a) Construction shall not commence until the applicant has obtained Environmental Impact Assessment Certificate relevant authority; from 1 Petroleum (Taqa Dalbit (T) Limited –Construction of Natural Gas Refuelling Station Along Sam Nujoma Road) (Construction Approval) GN.
