1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax engineering (Exemption) consultancy Services) (Establishment of a Factory for Manufacturing Gypsum Plaster and Gypsum Plaster Board Production Line and Its Extension) (M/S Knauf Gypsum Tanzania Limited) Order, 2025 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 27th day of June, 2024.

2. The withholding tax on engineering consultancy and project Construction Services payable by M/S Knauf the execution of Gypsum Tanzania Limited Establishment of a Factory for Manufacturing Gypsum Plaster and Gypsum Plaster Board Production Line and Its Extension is exempted. in Expiry

3.
