A person intending to provide cybersecurity services in the United Republic must obtain an individual licence from the Authority.

2. The principal Regulations are amended in regulation 12 by deleting subregulation (1) and substituting for it the following: “(1) A person who intends to provide cybersecurity services within the United Republic shall obtain an individual licence from the Authority in accordance with the Electronic and Postal Communications (Licensing) Regulations.”.
