About this statute
These Rules may be cited as the Petroleum (Marine and Off-Loading Operations) (Amendment) Rules, 2025, and they are to be read together with the 2018 principal Rules. This section amends the principal Rules by adding a new rule after rule 5, apparently about publication of construction approval application legality. The Authority must check each construction approval application for completeness and information, then publish notice of it and pay the publication costs. This section amends rule 6 of the principal Rules by adding a reference to public objections or representations under rule 5A, deleting subrules 5 and 6, and renumbering subrule (7) as subrule (5). This section amends the principal Rules by deleting rule 7 and replacing it with new text.
