The Excise (Management and Tariff) (Remission) (Hardware and Software to be Kept in the National Situation Room

1. This Order may be cited as the Excise (Management and Tariff) (Remission) (Hardware and Software to be Kept in the National Situation Room for Early Warning and Disaster Operation), (Prime Minister’s Office, Policy, Parliamentary and Coordination) Order, 2025 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 6th day of December, 2024. to

2. Subject the conditions specified in paragraph 3 and other conditions as may be specified by the Commissioner General of Tanzania Revenue Authority, the whole of excise duty payable to the goods specified in the Schedule, imported or purchased locally prior to clearance through customs by, or on behalf of Prime Minister’s Office, Policy, Parliamentary and Coordination, to be used for Establishment of National Situation Room for Early Warning and Disaster Operation that is Composed of Control Room is hereby remitted. Conditions

3.
