1. This Order may be cited as the Interpretation of Laws (Rectification of Printing Errors) (The Competition Rules, 2018) Order, 2020. Citation G.N. No. 344 of 2018 Rectification of errors printing

2. The printing errors appearing in the Competition Rules, 2018 are hereby rectified - (a) by deleting the enabling provision appearing in the First Schedule and substituting for it rule 8; (b) in Form FCC 2 of the First Schedule, by deleting the enabling rule 50(6) and substituting for it rule 50(s); (c) in form FCC 6 of the First Schedule, by deleting the enabling rule 51(13) and substituting for it rule 52(3); (d) in Form 10 of the First Schedule, by deleting the enabling rule 45 and substituting for it rule 41(1); (e) in form FCC 14A of the First Schedule, by deleting the enabling rule 36(3) and substituting for it rule 36 (4); (f) in Form FCC 14B of the First Schedule, by deleting the enabling rule 36 (4) and substituting for it rule 36 (6); (g) in form FCC 9 of the First Schedule, by deleting the enabling rule 50(12) and substituting for it rule 50(11); and (h) in the Second Schedule, by inserting the phrase “(Made under regulation 70)” below the heading “second schedule”.
