1. This Notice may be cited as the Criminal Procedure (Appointment of Forensic Document Examiners) Notice, 2025. Appointment of forensic document examiner

2. A person whose name is specified in the Schedule is appointed to be a forensic document examiner for the purpose of preparing a report to be used as evidence in any criminal case or related matters pursuant to section 220. Tenure of appointment

3.-(1) The appointment shall be for a period of five years from the date of coming into operation of this Notice.
