Purpose and legislative effect

“These Regulations may be cited as the Seeds (Amendment) Regulations, 2020.”

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Seeds (Amendment) Regulations, 2020 and shall be read as one with the Seeds Regulations, hereinafter referred to as the “principal Regulations”.
