The Institute of Judicial Administration - Lushoto (Amendment of the Schedule) Order, 2020

1. This order may be cited as the Institute of Judicial Administration – Lushoto (Amendment of Schedule), Order 2020 and shall be read as one with the Institute of Judicial Administration Act hereinafter referred to as the principal Act. Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the principal Act is amended in paragraph 1(1)(b) by: (a) Deleting the word “five” appearing in the opening phrase and substituting for it the word “six”; and (b) Deleting the word “and” appearing at the end of item (iv) ; (c) Adding immediately after item (iv) a new item (v) as follows: “(v) one member from the Researchers , Academicians and Allied Workers Union; and” Institute of Judicial Administration – Lushoto (Amendment of The Schedule) GN NO. 391 (Contd) (d) Renumbering item (v) as item (vi) Dodoma, 20th April, 2020 AUGUSTINE PHILIP MAHIGA, Minister for Constitutional and Legal Affairs
