The Petroleum (Imposition of Petroleum Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2022

1. These Regulations may be cited as Petroleum (Imposition of Petroleum Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2022 and shall be read as one with the Petroleum (Imposition of Petroleum Fees) Regulations, 2021 hereinafter “principal Regulations”. referred the as to Amendment of regulation 3

2. The principal Regulations are amended in regulation 3- (a) by deleting subregulation (1) and substituting for it the following: "(1) The Tanzania Revenue Authority shall defer- (a) collection of a sum of one hundred shillings of the petroleum fee accruing in the period between 1st March, 2022 and 31st May, 2022; (b) the recouping of the amount of the the petroleum fee deferred during 1 Petroleum (Imposition of Petroleum Fees) (Amendment) GN.
