“This Notice may be cited as the Urban Planning (Arusha General Planning Scheme) (Implementation) Order, 2020.”

This Notice may be cited as the Urban Planning (Arusha General Planning Scheme) (Implementation) Order, 2020. After publication, all development within Arusha City Council must comply with the Scheme. Any person may inspect the Scheme at the places where it is deposited, subject to the Urban Planning Act.

2.-(1) This Notice is hereby given that the Arusha Master Plan (2015-2035) has been deposited at the offices of the Director of Urban Planning in Dodoma and the copies of it have been deposited at the Arusha City Council and at the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Human Settlements Development in Dodoma. (2) It is hereby notified that from the date of publication of this Notice, all development within Arusha City Council shall comply with that Scheme. Inspection of Scheme Cap. 355
