(CAP. 306) _______ REGULATIONS _______ (Made under section 165) _______ THE ELECTRONIC AND POSTAL COMMUNICATIONS (LICENSING)(AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2022 Citation GN. No. 57 of 2018 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Electronic and Postal Communications (Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations, 2022 and shall be read as one with the Electronic and Postal Communications (Licensing) Regulations, 2018, hereinafter referred to as the “principal Regulations”. Amendment of regulation 2 2. The principal Regulations are amended in regulation 2 by deleting paragraph 2(h). Amendment of regulation 3 3 by- 3.
