The Interpretation of Laws (Rectification of Printing Errors) (The Petroleum (Liquefied Petroleum Gas Operations) Order, 2022

1. This Order may be cited as the Interpretation of Laws (Rectification of Printing Errors) (The Petroleum (Liquefied Petroleum Gas Operations) Rules, 2020 Order, 2022.

2. The printing errors appearing in the Petroleum (Liquefied Petroleum Gas Operations) Rules, 2020) are hereby rectified as follows: (a) in the Government Notice Number by deleting figures “828” and “823” wherever they appear and substituting for them figure“825”; and (b) in the Schedule by deleting the words "FORM NO.3" appearing in the APPLICATION FOR LPG WHOLESALE/DISTRIBUTION LICENCE FORM and substituting for them the words "FORM NO.2 ".
