This section gives the short title of the Regulations and says they must be read together with the 2018 principal Rules.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Petroleum (Marine Loading and Offloading) (Amendment) Rules, 2022 and shall be read as one with the Petroleum (Marine Loading and Offloading) Rules, 2018 hereinafter referred to as the “principal Rules”. Amendment of rule 4
