The Laws Revision (The Rectification of Printing Errors) (The Law of Marriage Act [Cap. 29 R.E 2019) Notice, 2022

1. This Notice may be cited as the Laws Revision (The Rectification of Printing Errors) (The Law of Marriage Act [Cap. 29 R.E 2019) Notice, 2022.

2. The printing errors appearing in section 80 of the Law of Marriage Act [Cap. 29 R.E 2019] are rectified by deleting subsections (1) and (2) and substituting for them the following: “(1) Any person aggrieved by any decision or order of a primary court, or by any decision or order of a district court, may appeal from that court, respectively, to the district court or to the High Court. 1 Laws Revision (The Rectification of Printing Errors) (The Law of Marriage Act [Cap. 29 R.E 2019]) Government Notice No. 487 ( Contd ) the High Court (2) An appeal to the district court or to filed, respectively, in the primary court or in the district court within forty-five days of the decision or order against which the appeal is brought.”. shall be Dodoma, 12th July, 2022 ONORIUS J.
