1. This Order may be cited as the Urban Planning (Mchomoro Planning Area) Order, 2022. Declaration of planning area Cap. 355

2. The area described in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a planning area for the purposes of the Urban Planning Act. Scheme of scheduled area

NO. 261 (contd.) __________ SCHEDULE __________ (Made under paragraph 2) The planning area is contained in the following boundaries: “Commencing at the point with coordinates E202259.547, N8834195.709, thence the boundary moves in Eastward direction along Mtonya river for a distance of 16.405 kilometres to a point with coordinates E217400.391, N8831873.206, thence in South-East direction on a bearing S02012’41’’E for a distance of 5.628 kilometres to a point with coordinates E217617.574, N8826240.006, thence in Western direction along Liyuni river for a distance of 19.419 kilometres to a point with coordinates E200584.906, N8823400.273, thence in North-East direction on a bearing N09049’04’’E to the point of commencement.” Dodoma, 12th April., 2022 ANGELINE S.
