1. This Order may be cited as the Urban Planning (Scheme of Regularisation - Lutukira) Order, 2022. Declaration of planning area Cap. 355

2. The area described in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a planning area (scheme of regularisation) for the purposes of the Urban Planning Act. Scheme of scheduled area

NO.287 (Contd.) _______ SCHEDULE _________ (Made under paragraph 2) The planning area is contained in the following boundaries: “Commencing at a point with coordinates 775639.924 E, 8903243.707 N, thence the boundary moves in North-East direction on a bearing N49056’44’’E for a distance of 0.474 kilometres to a point with coordinates 776002.731 E ,8903548.725 N , thence in South-East direction on a bearing S47034’41’’E for a distance of 4.200 kilometres to a point with coordinates 779103.229 E, 8900715.395 N, thence in South-West direction on a bearing S20013’24’’W for a distance of 0.206 kilometres to a point with coordinates 779032.155 E, 8900522.464 N, thence in North-West direction on bearing N81058’52’’W for a distance of 1.486 kilometres to a point with coordinates 777561.060 E, 8900729.705 N, thence in North-West direction on bearing N37023’10’’W for a distance of 3.164 kilometres to the point of commencement.”.
