THE ROAD AND FUEL TOLLS (EXEMPTION)(IMPROVEMENT OF TRANSPORT CAPACITY IN DAR ES SALAAM PHASE 1&2) ORDER 2022

1. This Order may be cited as the Road and Fuel Tolls (Exemption) (Improvement of Transport Capacity in Dar es Salaam Phase 1&2) (Bandari & Gerezani Road Section) (M/s Sumitomo Mitsui Construction Company Limited) Order, 2022 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 03rd day of March, 2022.

2. Subject to the conditions specified in paragraph 3, and any other conditions as may be specified by the Commissioner General of Tanzania Revenue Authority, the whole of the road and fuel tolls payable on fuel specified in the Schedule to this Order imported or purchased locally prior to clearance through customs by or on behalf of M/s Sumitomo Mitsui Construction Company Limited to be used solely in the Improvement of Transport Capacity in Dar es Salaam Phase 1&2 project is hereby exempted. Conditions

3.
