The Urban Planning (scheme of Regularisation -Chanagarawe) Order 2022

1. This Order may be cited as the Urban Planning (Scheme of Regularisation - Changarawe) Order, 2022. Declaration of planning area Cap.355

2. The area described in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a planning area (scheme of regularisation) for the purposes of the Urban Planning Act. Scheme of scheduled area

NO.312 (Contd.) __________ SCHEDULE __________ (Made under paragraph 2) The planning area is contained in the following boundaries: “Commencing at a point with coordinates 185974.712 E, 8841736.736 N nearby Mtwara -Mbamba- bay road, thence the boundary moves in North-East direction along Mtwara - Mbamba-bay road for a distance of 2.354 kilometres to a point with coordinates 187624.967E, 8841268.168 N, thence in Westward direction along the un-named stream for a distance of 1.771 kilometres to the point of commencement.”.
