The Urban Planning ( Scheme of Regularisation -Namiungu

1. This Order may be cited as the Urban Planning (Scheme of Regularisation - Namiungu) Order, 2022. Declaration of planning area Cap.355

2. The area described in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a planning area (scheme of regularisation) for the purposes of the Urban Planning Act. Scheme of scheduled area

NO.333 (Contd.) _______ SCHEDULE _______ (Made under paragraph 2) ______ The planning area is contained in the following boundaries: “Commencing at a point with coordinates 352074.144 E, 8798624.246 N, thence the boundary moves in North-East direction on a bearing N87057’57’’E for a distance of 2.205 kilometres to a point with coordinates 354277.793 E, 8798702.518 N, thence in South-West direction on a bearing S13057’27’’W for a distance of 2.122 kilometres to a point with coordinates 353766.016 E, 8796643.371 N, thence in North-West direction on a bearing N73047’35’’W for a distance of 1.812 kilometres to a point with coordinates 352025.977E, 8797149.126N, thence in North-East direction on bearing N01052’13’’E for a distance of 1.476 kilometres to the point of commencement.”.
