The Urban Planning (Scheme of Regullarisation-Sisi kwa Sisi) Order

1. This Order may be cited as the Urban Planning (Scheme of Regularisation - Sisi kwa Sisi) Order, 2022. Declaration of planning area Cap.355

2. The area described in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a planning area (scheme of regularisation) for the purposes of the Urban Planning Act. Scheme of scheduled area
